Arch-rivals Gresley Rovers and Stapenhill clash next week to raise money for charity.

And Rovers boss Frank Northwood has appealed for fans to turn out in numbers for Tuesday’s friendly at the Moat Ground (7.30pm), proceeds from which will go to the Radio Derby Money Mountain appeal.

Part of the cash will ultimately go to a local Red Cross charity and Northwood said: “I hope we get good support because it’s such a good cause – you never know when you’re going to need those people.
