Mark Evans, Catherine Hobson, Derek Norton (Gaz Norton's Father), Gaz Norton

During the half-time interval in the Bass Charity Vase game against West Brom caretaker manager Gary Norton presented a cheque for £1,350 to Catherine Hobson of Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Gary, who sadly lost his mother to cancer earlier in the year, decided to raise some money for the charity by running in the Mansfield Half Marathon. Family, friends, colleagues and visitors to the Gresley Rovers website sponsored his run which he completed in 1hr 45 minutes.

Also pictured is Mark Evans and Derek Norton (Gary's father).
