Sorry to take so long to write this but i found it difficult to find what to say.

Anyway all I can say is a big thank you to you all for your contributions and your support over the past couple of weeks, your generousity and kindness has overwhelmed me and it has been very much appreciated.

A special thanks to Nathan Tate and his Nan and Grandad for taking the bucket collection round at Saturdays game, and to the Chairman for getting it arranged. It just shows what a great club this is and this sort of thing would probably not happen at many other clubs.

Also a big thanks to all the lads who have kept in touch; Chrissy "Lilly Savage" Gray, Tucks, Hoppy and i'm sure we'll get some side together to play the Gresley Select XI. I'm thinking Light Bulb in goal, Big John Allcock (probably even bigger now he hasn't been playing) and Newse at the back. Oh yes and Pitty we might need a physio for the game, so if you could keep that night free!

A big thanks again, it's very much appreciated and lets get behind the lads and hopefully they will build on the last two wins now we have someone decent at the back.

Anyway as the Chairman says "let's live the dream together", and i'll see you all Saturday.
