Phil Mullen the new manager of Dr Martens League Western Division club Cinderford Town, has been busy strengthening his squad after losing a handful of players following the departure of Tommy Callinan.
Mullen has brought in 18-year-old forward Ross McMillan from Express & Star West Midlands League side Wellington and Nick Heath, who joins on loan from Nationwide League Third Division side Kidderminster Harriers, with whom Mullen still has close connections.
Heath, an 18 years old midfielder, has made one Football League appearance for Kiddy.
Jason Donovan (Merthyr Tydfil), Leigh White (Yate Town) and former boss Tommy Callinan (Chippenham Town) have all left the Foresters during the past week.
Roddy hits back
Ged Roddy, manager of Dr Martens League Western Division newcomers Team Bath, has hit back at criticism of his club and insisted that the students earned their place in the Dr Martens League on merit.
Halesowen Town are the latest of Team Bath's Western Division rivals to complain about the standard of facilities at the University of Bath.
The players and fans were critical of the changing rooms and the lack of refreshments available at their recent FA Trophy tie.
The bad feeling between the two clubs boiled over into last week's replay at The Grove with Yeltz chairman Nigel Pitt accusing Roddy of trashing the away dressing room.
Team Bath have faced constant accusations this season that their ground fails to measure up to Dr Martens League standards but Roddy (pictured) insists they have received no preferential treatment.
He said: "We've been subjected to quite a lot of abuse about our facilities but we are a young club and we're doing our best to meet all the requirements.
"We are in regular contact with the Dr Martens League and we work with them to ensure that everything we're doing is done by the book.
"The league has written to us on numerous occasions to say what we're doing right and where things need to be improved.
"We met all the ground requirements to get into the Dr Martens but anyone with any issues can raise them with us or the league.
"Plenty of clubs have been very positive about what we're doing and we had some nice comments from Ilkeston Town last weekend."
Roddy believes that fans will soon reap the benefits of ongoing developments at the university.
He said: "With the ground being developed, we're the first to acknowledge that at times it's been difficult for fans.
"We have not had bar facilities in the last couple of weeks because we've demolished it in order to build a new one.
"We are building new facilities which will improve the experience for football fans and we've spent a lot of money recently bringing in mobile catering facilities."
Halesowen chairman Pitt labelled Roddy "a disgrace" and accused him of hurling food around the changing room following last Tuesday night's 3-2 Trophy defeat.
Pitt said: "They just left the changing room in a disgusting state and walked out.
"But what really disappoints me is the attitude he's showing to his students. I've been a manager myself and I know it's easy to lose your temper sometimes but after five or 10 minutes you calm down.
"There was nothing to stop him apologising or offering to make good the damage."
Roddy rubbished the accusations and added: "I'm not going to make any secret of the fact that when the lads got into the changing room they got a fairly severe talking to, after all we had conceded three goals in the last 10 minutes.
"Voices may have been raised in order to get the message over but all that happened in the privacy of our changing room.
"If there were any sandwiches on the floor then clearly we apologise for that but it's certainly not true that they were thrown about."
