Gresley Rovers Chairman Mark Evans has confirmed that he expects to unveil the Club's first signing of the summer at a press conference tomorrow morning.

Speaking exclusively to Gresley Rovers Online, whilst not in a position to name the player he was prepared to reveal that the player was a striker and that he would be joining them on a contract basis and that the player was previously with a Club from a higher league.

Speculation has been rife all weekend and following the Chairman's decision to stay back from joining the players at their end of season weekend away, it seemed certain that he was looking to finalise details ahead of any formal announcement during next week.
