Clitheroe pre-match news

10th November 2006
Dan Sleath, whose loan spell has been extended, is a doubt after suffering a knee injury midweek at Harrogate when he was fouled by the keeper.

Defender Matt Millns returns after serving a two match suspension and will give manager Gary Norton a difficult choice as regards the central defensive pairing. However, Barry Woolley could be moved into the forward line a position he's played in many times in his previous spell at the Moat Ground.

David Holmes, who has played several games for Mickleover Sports to regain his fitness after a hamstring injury could also be called back into the squad.

Norton will also be checking on the fitness of Nicky Carter after he missed the midweek trip due to illness.

Gresley from: Whittle, Douglas, Groves, Woolley, Hoyle, Slater, Ridgeway, Simpson, Barrett, O'Connor, Sleath, Smith, Edwards, Millns, Carter, Holmes.
