Staveley pre-match news

Gresley manager Gary Norton may make a few changes for tonight's visit of Staveley Miners Welfare in the second round of the Derbyshire Senior Cup.

Lewis Gadsby, the reserves team defender, has been brought into the squad to give him some first team experience after impressing in the second team and in training.

Defender Gary White looks set to play some part in the game as he recovers from a hamstring and back injury.

Definitely missing will be Barry Woolley, Andy Simpson, Dan Sleath and David Blenkinsopp.

Woolley will not be risked after recovering from a back strain, Simpson is still suffering from a knee injury, Sleath is expected to have a minor knee operation today and Blenkinsopp, who scored on his debut against Cammell Laird, was not signed in time to be eligible for the game.

Gresley from: Whittle, Douglas, Carter, Millns, Hoyle, Slater, Groves, Ridgeway, Edwards, O'Connor, Smith, Westwood, G White, Gadsby.
