Gresley Rovers' Bass Vase game against Derby County on Monday is to be featured on satellite television.
The opening game of this years charity tournament is to be filmed by cameras from Sky TV.com, a 24-hour news and sport channel. Rovers chairman Mark Evans said he was taken aback when he received a call to ask if the cameras could follow the game and had to ring the company back to check that the proposal was bona fide.
"I asked them if they'd cleared it with Derby County and they said it was nothing to do with them but that sometimes they like to look at non-league football. It appears that they just picked us at random" said Evans. The game kicks off on Monday 24th July at the Moat Ground at 7.30pm.
