Kenning may well spring a surprise by giving 19-year-old goalkeeper Ian Simms his Rovers debut.
Ian Wright is unavailable for next weekend's FA Trophy clash at North Ferriby, and with Richard Selby still suffering with a shoulder injury; Kenning may well throw the former Oxford United man into the fray.
Kenning would not reveal who will get the nod, but said: " I am sure Simms would cope. He has been at Oxford and has done quite well in the reserves. With Wright unavailable next week, if Selby is still injured I will have to find somebody then." Another youngster who could make his first team appearance for Rovers tomorrow is James Lewsley, who has been named in the squad as Kenning is without the suspended Steve Coates and Richard Gardner, who has failed to recover from a hamstring injury.
Gresley from: Wright, Simms, Broadhurst, Reynolds, Warren, Wardle, Bluck, Doughty, Peters, Roberts, Sandar, Tucker, Allsop, Cheetham, Lewsley, King, Middleton.
Gresley Reserves are at home tomorrow (Sat) v Barwell in the Midland Combination Challenge Bowl (2.45 pm.) and again on Weds v Ripley Town in the Derbyshire Divisional Cup (7.30pm.)
