Coming and going - Burton Mail

20th January 1987
Gresley Rovers have parted company with former Mile Oak winger Kirk Jennings. Meanwhile, forward Gary Stevens has rejoined the club from Stourbridge.

Said manager Frank Northwood today: “Kirk didn’t really live up to my expectations and I’ve had to let him go. He played well against us for Mile Oak in an earlier round of the Vase but never played well for us. But Gary’s come back and anyone who remembers him playing for us last season will know what he’s capable of.”
