Harrogate pre-replay news

5th November 2002
Alan Titterton and Gary Norton will be in charge for tonight’s FA Trophy replay at Harrogate Town.

Manager Jon Newsome, who will be unavailable for a week, has told his team to go out and enjoy the match because they’ve got nothing to lose.

“They will go into the tie as favourites after holding out for a draw at the Moat Ground. But if we go with the right mentality then we could spring a surprise,” said Newsome. “It’s not going to be easy up at their place but we showed them that we are good enough. It’s up to the lads now and how they respond – it’s out of my hands. I’m really sorry I can’t be there with them.”

Ian Bluck is fit and could play some part in the game. James Parkinson who made an impressive debut on Saturday is again in the squad as is Owen James who returns after injury.
