Injury worries for Rovers

Gresley Rovers face a string of injury doubts as they prepare for tomorrow’s Derbyshire Senior Cup semi-final clash with neighbours Stapenhill at Edge Hill (3pm).
Defender Stuart Evans and midfielder Craig Weston are both rated doubtful after picking up midweek injuries while Rovers wait to see if top scorer had shaken off a strain when he returns from holiday today.Rovers are seeking a passport to a fifth consecutive final with Matlock Town of the HFS Loans League awaiting the winners after beating Ilkeston Town 5-1 in their midweek semi-final.
However, manager Frank Northwood warned last night: “We’re expecting a tough one.”
