Evesham pre-match news
Striker Steve Rutter is the only doubt for tomorrow’s visit of Evesham to the Moat Ground due to work commitments.
Mark Shiels is expected to keep his place in goal and although manager Jon Newsome has now completed his suspension he is unlikely to be named in the squad.

Newsome said about the game; “My team will not go through the motions for the remaining games. It’s not difficult to inspire the players and they have put their all in recent games. Credit must go to them for their commitment and how they have adapted to the things that have gone on this season. I’ve had to play some of the younger players and I think on the whole we have done well.

“We want to finish as high as we can and the next few games are against teams that are around us in the league.

“It will be difficult to break into the top six but our players want to do well so we will go into each game and give it our best shot and see where we end up.

“We’ve put together some good results and we were very unlucky not to have got something out of last week’s game against the league leaders Merthyr.

“Evesham beat us at their place on the first day of the season so we have a chance to get a bit of revenge and a bit of a payback.”
