Weston pre-match news
Saturday sees the last match of the current roller coaster campaign with a visit of the newly promoted Weston-super-Marine to the Moat Ground.
Weston will finish runners-up after amazingly losing 1-0 at home to relegated Racing Club Warwick.

We offer Weston our congratulations and wish them well next season in the Dr Martens Premier Division.

Gresley manager Jon Newsome is hoping to finish the season with a flourish and gain the three points that will see his side secure ninth place. He said: “I think we have the players at the club who are better than the ninth place suggests. The biggest reasons we find ourselves where we are as been our inconsistency and not having a regular goalscorer. Not finding a goalscorer has been partly down to me and to the financial situation. But I hope we finish the season on a high note. It’s up to us.”

Newsome will have a full squad to choose from with the exception of Mark Peters (suspended) and Ian Bluck (knee).

Gresley from: Sheils, White, Cheetham, Evans, Wardle, Barrett, Hopkins, Gray, Alexander, Timms, Moran, Kitching, Yearsley, Bourne, Rutter, Newsome, Lindley (gk).
