Goal king Acklam back for Rovers
Story courtesy of Burton Mail
Gresley Rovers top scorer Paul Acklam has recovered from injury in time to face the side with the meanest defence in the Beazer Homes Midland Division tomorrow (3pm).
The seven-goal striker and midfielder Tony Marsden are both available for the visit of Barri, boosting Moat boss Steve Dolby as he aims to bounce back from Saturday’s FA Cup drubbing by Gainsborough.

Acklam has trained twice this week to shake off the effects of a thigh strain while Marsden returns following suspension and a mid-week run out in the reserves. But utility man Scott Elliott is doubtful with a groin injury.

Welsh exiles Barri have conceded just two goals in five starts – but have only scored four.
