Wakefield pre-match news
Skipper Colin Hoyle is expected to play in at least one of the forthcoming games despite picking up an ankle knock in the Boxing Day victory at Shepshed.
Matt Millns has now fully recovered from his ankle injury and with Dan Douglas also recovered from an ankle problem manager Gary Norton will have defensive cover should Hoyle need to be rested.

Mickey Lyons will miss the game at College Grove but should be available for the New Year's Day game against Shepshed at the Moat Ground.

All three strikers, Aaron O'Connor, Paul Edwards and Liam Hebberd, are fit giving Norton a bit of a headache up front. However, Hebberd could be asked to play wide a position he occupied in his previous spell at Gresley.

Gresley from: Whittle, Douglas, Carter, Hoyle, Woolley, Millns, Groves, Slater, Ridgway, Smith, O'Connor, Hebberd, Edwards, Hemmings.
