Market Drayton Pre-Match News
Gresley FC take the step up to level four of the non-league ladder after winning back-to-back promotions from the East Midlands Counties League and Midland Football Alliance respectively as they take on Market Drayton Town at The Moat Ground tomorrow in the Evo-Stik NPL Division One South - 3pm.
The Evo-Stik which Gresley have joined is the same league, although with different sponsors, that Gresley Rovers ended their history back in 2009 before reforming as Gresley FC and placed down in level six.

Joint managers Gary Norton and Martin Rowe are both looking forward to the start of the new season and hope to continue the new club's success.

New signings of Matt Roome, Dan Douglas, Craig Attwood and Lavell White have been added to last year's squad but full-back Luke Garton, who featured in some pre-season games has been released.

Jordi Gough (ankle) and Marc Strzyzewski (toe) are the only two doubts ahead of the historic game.

Gresley from: Hateley, Douglas, Barrett, Nottingham, Gough, Spencer, Langford, Jepson, Goodfellow, Oliver, Massingham, Turville, Lyons, Strzyzewski, A Betteridge, Attwood, Roome, Bryant, White, Hanslow.
