Carlton Pre-Match News
Gresley travel to Carlton tonight hoping to make it 3 wins on the bounce following the league cup success against Gainsborough Trinity last week and a comeback win against Lincoln Town on Saturday in the league.
Carlton beat Gresley a few weeks back in the reverse fixture at the Moat ground with a wonder goal from Aaron Opoku lighting up a relatively dull affair in which the home side were unlucky not to have got at least a share of the spoils. An early opportunity exists tonight for the team to redress the balance and pick up a positive result on the road.

Manager Gary Norton was hoping to name an unchanged squad for the trip to Nottinghamshire but will have Dexter Morris-Clarke missing from the squad after it was confirmed that the combative midfielder will miss the next few weeks with a slight knee ligament issue. The midfielder was withdrawn at half time on Saturday following checks confirmed that he has sprained knee ligaments which will keep him out for up to four weeks. Jake McIntosh is added to the squad.
