Two on the move
It is disappointing that we must say goodbye to two key players in captain Paul Sullivan, and central midfielder Lee Butler.
More:
Every summer sees change, and whilst we certainly want continuity and to keep this to a minimum this season, it was inevitable that with significant changes to the non league pyramid, logistics would mean that we would be forced to reassess the feasibility of some players remaining with the club for the new season.

It is with regret that the league placement, contrasted against a significant offer from another club more local to his home, mean that our captain Paul Sullivan will be moving onto pastures new.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Sully and he leaves with my blessing and best wishes for the future.
It appears likely that Lee Butler too will follow Sully into his new club, and again it has been great working with Lee once more, and I wish him all the best for the future.

Both are great lads and we have enjoyed having them at Rovers.

We shall look to positives and to the future, and perhaps this shall now afford even more opportunity and scope for us to continue to push forward with our new vision and approach for the side, based more upon pace, power and work rate.
Good luck for the future lads
