Gresley Rovers boss Frank Northwood awaits a phone call from midfield star Steve Daley before naming his side for tomorrow’s Banks’s League Premier Division game at Harrison’s (2.45pm).
Daley, who made his debut in Tuesday’s 2-1 win against Tipton Town, is hoping to be excused from his job with Wolverhampton department store as Rovers attempt to tighten their grip at the top of the table.· Brian Beresford, Rovers top scorer for two seasons, is set to make his comeback in tomorrow’s reserve team game against Malvern Town reserves at the Moat Ground (3pm).
