Garms Signs In
We are delighted to confirm the signing of much sought after centre forward Adam Garmson ahead of tomorrows home league fixture vs Sutton Coldfield Town.
Garms has sprung to prominence over the past few weeks following a goal compilation going viral and becoming of national interest, with subsequent appearances on Talk Sport and Soccer AM. Manager Carl Abbott commented: “The agreement was in place prior to this all happening, and whilst it has been brilliant for Adam, we could probably have done without it at our end!.
"He is a player we had decided to take a chance on. He really reminds me of Steve Hart back when we signed him from Bardon Hill, and both Tommo and I were of the opinion that the similarities are stark.
"Left footed, cultured, the scorer of sublime goals and with undoubted talent. He needs to adjust to the level and the fitness levels and application required of him, and if he does apply himself we could have another Harty on our hands, which would be fantastic for the club. I’m really excited to get to work with the lad!”
