Trinity test for Rovers

Gresley Rovers moved smoothly into the first qualifying round of the FA Cup with a 2-0 victory over fellow Banks’s Leaguers Paget Rangers at the Moat Ground on Saturday.
Early goals from Kieron Smith and Paul Fernihough gave Rovers a comfortable win and set up a potentially testing visit to Northern Premier League outfit Gainsborough Trinity on September 17.The winners will be away to Lye Town or Hinckley Town in the second qualifying round.
