Andy was a member of the Rams squad that won successive promotions in 1985-86 and 1986-87. In all he made 71 first team appearances for Derby before joining Blackpool in 1988 where he played 159 games and was captain for three seasons.
Andy was member of the Gresley side that won the Dr Martens Premier League.
Top scorer 1996-97 season with 14 league and 4 cup goals
He left to join Burton Albion.
