Club Shop Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the goods in any way you may return them to us free of charge providing your return adheres to the return policy laid out below.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to return them and receive a full refund (excluding customised products - see below).

You may return goods and receive a refund provided:

1. You notify us by email at shop@gresleyrovers.com before returning any products.
2. They are received back at the club shop within 14 days. These 14 days commence the day after your order has been shipped.
3. They have not been damaged, washed, altered or excessively worn and must include the original packaging and labelling.
4. You must return your package(s) to us at the following address: Club Shop, Gresley Football Club, The Moat Ground, Moat Street, Church Gresley, Swadlincote, Derbyshire, DE11 9RE.
5. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for customised products. Please see the details below.

We'll do everything we can to take care of your return and refund quickly.

All sales are final for customised products and you may not return customised goods.

Customised products include home or away shirts with names or numbers printed on the back.

Please also note that you do not have a statutory cancellation right for customised products.

If you purchased a customised product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact us at shop@gresleyrovers.com within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
